1. Strict Protection of Candidate Identity Documents
GARUDA SECURITY & MANPOWER LIMITED enforces stringent private storage controls. Aadhaar cards, PAN cards, Ex-Serviceman discharge books, and personal residential addresses submitted during recruitment are never exposed on public profiles or accessible via public URLs.
Private documents are stored outside the public web root and can only be audited by authenticated compliance officers with role-based cryptographic sessions. Every document access is immutably logged in the system audit trail.
2. Public Profile Information
Public worker listings display solely approved professional attributes: verified designation, unique alphanumeric Worker ID (e.g. SG-012, PA-006), professional experience summary, verified skills, and the official ESM Badge for approved veterans.
3. Customer Information Protection
Client service addresses, billing records, and contact details are retained exclusively for deployment logistics, invoicing, and statutory taxation purposes.
