1. Manager-Mediated Engagement Model
All manpower requisitions made through the GARUDA SECURITY & MANPOWER LIMITED platform are coordinated through authorized company operations managers. Direct solicitation or hiring of deployed personnel without company consent is strictly prohibited.
2. Administrative Pricing & Quotations
Published rates on worker cards represent base regulatory figures. Binding quotations are issued by Garuda Administration following a security feasibility audit of the client site and schedule. Payments are unlocked only upon mutual quote confirmation.
3. Statutory & Labor Standards
All personnel deployed under Garuda Security & Manpower Limited are vetted in accordance with statutory labor guidelines. The company ensures compliance with Provident Fund (PF), ESIC, minimum wage laws, and duty liability coverage. Official regulatory and licensing details are maintained in company records.
4. Replacement & Duty Guarantee
In the unforeseen event of scheduled personnel absence due to illness or emergency, Garuda operations guarantees deployment of an equivalent vetted replacement within two hours for permanent clients.
